The young talents enjoy a tour through the old town of Feldkirchen. Depending on the age group (from U4 to U14), different distances have to be covered. Trained accompanying staff ensure that everyone knows where to go and no one takes the wrong turn. This gives the youngest participants in particular a feeling of security.

All participants receive a fully filled starter bag and a finisher medal.

Award ceremonies: The first in each class receives a trophy, the second and third receive a silver or bronze medal. In each class, all participants go on stage for a souvenir photo together gebeten.

All participants in the children's and youth runs are called by name at the start and receive a bag of ice cream.

Route:

Internationaler_Kaernten_Marathon_Strecke_Juniormarathon

300m - The route leads from the start/finish area at the Amthof car park towards the main square. One lap around the main square and back to the finish in the start/finish area.

1,000m - The route leads from the start/finish area at the Amthof car park towards the main square. Past the main square and further into the city center through Bahnhofstrasse. In Bahnhofstrasse we then turn into Tiebelgasse, past the Stadtsaal over the Missonihügel into Ahrensburger Strasse. At the end of Ahrensburger Strasse you go into Ossiacher Strasse to the finish in the start/finish area.

2,000m - The route is the same as the 1,000m route. However, there are 2 rounds to complete here.

The route is clearly marked so that taking a wrong turn is not possible!
